What’s in your Fridge Friday by Addie Broyles

It’s too bad more pharmacies don’t have nutrition therapists on staff.
There’s a great deal of truth to Hippocrates’ oft-cited quote “Let thy food by thy medicine,” and nobody knows that more than Alain Braux, a French macrobiotic chef who, as a nutritherapist for People’s Pharmacy in Austin, uses food to help improve clients’ health.

In the past two years, Braux has published two books, “How to Lower your Cholesterol with French Food” and “Living Gluten and Dairy-Free with French Gourmet Food,” both of which are available at BookPeople and People’s Pharmacy.

Thank you Addie. Alain
